Join our dynamic, fast-growing home improvement company specializing in bath remodels as an Appointment Confirmation Specialist and play a key role in transforming homeowners’ bath remodel dreams into reality. This is a hybrid role (mix of in-office and remote work) that offers flexibility in your schedule, including some evening and weekend hours to accommodate our customers. You’ll use your strong communication and phone skills to confirm appointments, update our CRM system, and ensure each customer receives top-notch service from the first call to the final project completion. Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments with customers for in-home bath remodeling consultations.
Proactively reach out to customers via phone (and email) to verify appointment details and availability.
Provide friendly and professional communication, answering customer questions and addressing any concerns about upcoming appointments.
Coordinate with the call center and sales operations to ensure all appointments are properly documented and communicated.
Update and maintain customer records and appointment status in the CRM system accurately.
Follow up promptly on any appointment changes, cancellations, or reschedules to keep the calendar full and maximize booking opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to continually improve the confirmation process and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or appointment scheduling role is required.
Comfortable using CRM software and other computer systems; tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
Team-player attitude with a positive approach to challenges.
