    Uncapped Earning Potential

    • 20% commission on Solar & Roofing deals for your first 4 closed sales
    • Increases to 50% commission after your first 4 deals
    • $100 per sit appointment (no limit)
    • Weekly performance bonuses

    What You'll Do

    As a Solar & Roofing Appointment Setter, you are the first point of contact and a key driver of company growth.

    • Set qualified appointments for Solar & Roofing Sales Consultants
    • Engage homeowners professionally in retail and community settings
    • Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar and roofing solutions
    • Represent the WindMar brand with integrity and professionalism
    • Track appointments accurately and follow company systems

    You create the opportunity — our sales consultants handle the close.

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confident, positive, and coachable mindset
    • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to engage homeowners comfortably
    • Sales, retail, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
