    Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per month

    Company Summary

    We are looking for motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent our company in local neighborhoods, generate homeowner interest, and schedule painting estimates for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, talking to people, and achieving measurable results.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Represent Midway Painting in local neighborhoods as a Brand Ambassador
    • Knock on doors and speak with homeowners about our painting services
    • Generate and schedule estimate appointments for the sales team
    • Place 10 yard signs per week in designated marketing areas and document placement with photos
    • Scout nearby neighborhoods for additional canvassing opportunities
    • Enter leads and appointment details into the company Google Form or scheduling system
    • Report route activity and lead data using Sales Rabbit or canvassing software
    • Pick up maps, flyers, and sign-up sheets from the office before starting routes
    • Track performance metrics such as appointments set, estimates completed, and sales conversion

    Requirements

    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Comfortable speaking with homeowners and working in a door-to-door environment
    • Self-motivated and able to meet performance targets
    • Reliable transportation to travel to assigned neighborhoods
    • Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods
    • Basic comfort using mobile apps or forms to track leads and activity
    • Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required

    Compensation and Benefits

    Performance-Based Pay Structure

    • Appointment Bonus: $40 per estimate appointment generated
    • Sold Bonus: $120 per estimate that converts to a sale
    • Sign Placement Bonus: $100 per 20 yard signs placed (paid monthly)

    Performance Standards

    Minimum Standards:

    • 1 appointment every 1.5 hours
    • Maximum 25% slippage from appointment scheduled to estimate completed
    • Sales team closes 35%+ of estimates

    Optimized Standards:

    • 1 appointment every 1 hour
    • Maximum 15% slippage
    • Sales team closes 45%+ of estimates

    Additional Notes

    • Flexible schedule with strong earning potential based on performance
    • High-demand season typically runs April through November
    • Advance notice required for time-off requests during peak season
