Our team is built on integrity, performance, and creating real value for families. Position Overview We’re hiring motivated Appointment Setters to join our customer-facing team. You will speak directly with homeowners, explain the benefits of going solar at a high level, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants. No experience required; we train you. Responsibilities: • Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned communities • Explain solar incentives and basic program benefits • Answer simple questions and build trust with homeowners • Collect homeowner information to set qualified appointments • Represent Semper SolR professionally and confidently • Attend trainings and follow a proven conversation system Qualifications: • Strong communication and people skills • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable with face-to-face conversations • Professional appearance and demeanor • Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated • Ability to walk outdoors in different weather conditions • No solar OR sales experience necessary; full training provided Compensation: $800 - $1500 per week
