Tillung Tampa Bay is growing and looking for a motivated Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will connect with potential buyers and sellers, qualify leads, follow up consistently, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents. You’ll play a key role in helping grow one of Florida’s top-performing real estate teams. This is a fast-paced, high-energy opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by performance and growth. Compensation: Competitive performance-based pay with opportunities for bonuses and advancement based on results. Responsibilities: • Call, text, and follow up with buyer and seller leads daily • Qualify prospects and identify motivation, timeline, and goals • Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified buyers and sellers • Maintain consistent communication through phone, email, and CRM follow-up • Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes and lead information • Re-engage cold leads and nurture them through ongoing follow-up • Generate and nurture new business opportunities within assigned markets • Track daily conversations, appointments set, and performance metrics • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and pipeline growth Qualifications: • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales preferred • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written • Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods • Strong follow-up, organization, and time management skills • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented • Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment Compensation: $20 - $50+ hourly Performance-based
