    Location - Our office in Portage, MI, or an option for remote work for the correct candidate. Compensation: • Starting salary: $50,000 per year for the first 90 days. • After the initial 90 days: $35,000 per year base salary plus $1,000 per recruit who signs up, paid in increments of $250 for each of the first four transactions. Income potential exceeds six figures Role Overview: As an Appointment Setter / Junior Recruiter, you will be a key part of our recruiting team. In this role, you'll start by earning a stable salary during your onboarding phase and then transition to a combination of base salary and performance-based incentives. Your primary responsibilities will include setting appointments for our ownership team to meet with prospective real estate agents, as well as supporting our marketing and recruitment campaigns. Responsibilities: • Appointment Setting: Make outbound calls to potential recruits and schedule appointments for the ownership to discuss opportunities. • Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing department and ownership to create and refine recruiting campaigns. • Target Audience Development: Help identify and define the ideal candidate avatars for our recruitment efforts. • Email and Follow-Up Systems: Assist in designing email campaigns and ensuring our follow-up systems are robust and effective. • Data and Feedback: Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and help tweak strategies to improve recruitment results. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone. • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and take initiative in a dynamic environment. • A background in sales, recruiting, or marketing is a plus, but not strictly required. • Comfortable using CRM and follow-up tools.
