The Appointment Setter at RenovationsNOW is the engine that fuels the entire sales team. This role is responsible for proactively contacting prospective customers through inbound and outbound channels, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home design consultations for our Sales and Design Consultants. You are the first voice of RenovationsNOW — setting the tone, building excitement, and giving every homeowner a reason to say yes to a free consultation. The ideal candidate is energetic, disciplined, an outstanding communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment where every call is an opportunity. Responsibilities: • A full sales calendar of qualified, confirmed appointments is maintained every week. • Daily and weekly appointment-set targets are consistently achieved or exceeded. • No-show and cancellation rates are held below the company benchmark through rigorous confirmation protocols. • Every homeowner who connects with the Appointment Center feels welcomed, respected, and excited about their free consultation. • The Appointment Center pipeline feeds a steady, predictable flow of leads to the sales team. • All lead data is captured accurately and completely in the CRM every day. Qualifications: • Phone Communication: Clear, confident, and professional phone presence that builds trust and excitement quickly. • Active Listening: Hears beyond what is said to qualify leads accurately and identify the right homeowners. • Resilience: Handles rejection positively and maintains high energy and enthusiasm throughout the full workday. • Organization: Manages a high volume of leads and follow-ups simultaneously with zero balls dropped. • Accountability: Owns daily activity numbers and takes responsibility for appointment set outcomes. • Persuasion: Communicates the value of a free in-home consultation compellingly and overcomes hesitation. • Coachability: Receptive to real-time coaching and quickly incorporates feedback into calls. • Urgency: Creates appropriate urgency with prospects without being high-pressure or dishonest. • CRM Proficiency: Disciplined and accurate CRM tools to track lead status, call history, and appointment data. • Teamwork: Collaborates with SDCs and the Sales Team Manager to ensure smooth handoff and follow-through. • Integrity: Honest in all interactions; never misrepresents services or creates false expectations. • Core Values Alignment: Consistently demonstrates Make Life Better, Truth at All Costs, Think First Act Next, Accountability, and Serve Others.
