Our team is built on integrity, performance, and creating real value for families. Position Overview We’re hiring motivated Appointment Setters to join our customer-facing team. You will speak directly with homeowners, explain the benefits of going solar at a high level, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants. No experience required; we train you. Responsibilities: • Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned communities. • Explain solar incentives and basic program benefits. • Answer simple questions and build trust with homeowners. • Collect homeowner information to set qualified appointments. • Represent Semper SolR professionally and confidently. • Attend trainings and follow a proven conversation system. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people. • Proven track record of building trust and rapport quickly with new acquaintances. • Comfortable speaking face-to-face with homeowners in various communities. • Ability to learn and explain solar incentives and benefits in a simple manner. • Strong organizational skills to manage and set multiple appointments daily. • Willingness to attend training and adapt to a proven conversation system. Compensation: $800 - $1,500 per week
