Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people. • Comfortable speaking face-to-face with homeowners in various communities. • Ability to learn and explain solar incentives and benefits in a simple manner. • Willingness to attend training and adapt to a proven conversation system.
