Overview The Appointment Setter is responsible for daily outbound marketing tasks Monday through Friday during business hours, using the company’s CRM system to schedule qualified sales meetings. The role involves completing every assigned CRM task on its due date, following the prospecting process outlined in the training SOP. Daily activities include outbound calls, texts, and social media messages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), as well as accurate CRM updates and a weekly progress report every Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Complete all daily CRM tasks for calls, texts, and social media messages.
Mark tasks as completed in the CRM to maintain workflow accuracy.
Submit a detailed weekly progress report by 9 PM EST every Friday.
Performance Expectations
Book at least 5 qualified sales meetings per week.
Follow up promptly on assigned leads.
Maintain a 100% completion rate on daily CRM tasks.
Confidently present the company’s three core services: Recruiting, Premium Posting, and Virtual Trade School (VTS).
Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to follow detailed processes.
Compensation
Paid biweekly on Fridays.
90-day probationary period
Monthly performance bonuses based on results and activity.
Annual earning potential: $31,200 – $75,000.
