Position Overview This is an inside sales/appointment setting role, responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations. You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in our services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to homeowners regarding our home improvement services

Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria and accurately schedule in-home appointments

Provide information through phone, text, and email communication

Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals

Maintain detailed records of communication and lead activity

Qualifications

Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools

Receptive to coaching and ongoing professional development

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay: $18–$20/hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule Options

Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Weekend Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location Requirement Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Vancouver, WA 98665 prior to their start date.
