Position: Appointment Center Representative

Location: On-site at Trade Shows

Schedule: Event-based | Hourly Employment

Pay: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Five Star Bath Solutions is hiring outgoing, professional representatives to work in our appointment center at trade shows. This role focuses on engaging attendees and scheduling appointments for our sales team during the event.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Greet and engage trade show attendees

• Qualify interest using provided talking points

• Accurately document appointment details on show site.

• Maintain a professional, high-energy presence throughout the show

• Monthly Zoom meetings with Direct Report.

• Comfortable speaking with attendees in a busy environment

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Reliable and punctual

• Prior trade show, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
