Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as an Appointment Setting Specialists.

If you’re confident on the phone, enjoy talking to people, and want to earn hourly pay plus commission — this opportunity is for you!

🌟 Position: Telemarketer / Appointment Setting Specialist

Full-Time or Part-Time Available

In this role, you will contact current and prospective customers to inform them about Verizon promotions and schedule appointments for them to visit one of our retail locations.

No product closing required — your goal is to create interest and get customers through the door.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

📞 Outbound Calling Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided lead lists.

💡 Promote Current Offers Clearly explain current Verizon promotions, upgrades, and limited-time offers.

📅 Set In-Store Appointments Schedule qualified customers for appointments at nearby Wireless Zone locations.

🖥 Document & Track Accurately record call outcomes and scheduled appointments in company systems.

🎯 Meet Weekly Goals Work toward daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

💰 Compensation

$15–$25 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Commission paid per completed appointment

Performance bonuses available

Consistent earning potential with incentives for high performers

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Comfortable making outbound calls daily

Positive attitude and goal-driven mindset

Basic computer skills

Sales or call center experience preferred, but not required
