Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of electrical experience in commercial, industrial, or construction environments
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret basic electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Ability to follow direction from Foreman, Supervisors, and experienced electricians
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
- Basic computer skills for communication and work order tracking
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enrollment in or completion of an electrical trade school or apprenticeship program
- Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
- Basic knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Experience working in construction, facilities, or maintenance environments
- Familiarity with conduit bending, wiring, and installation practices
- Experience working in controlled environments such as indoor agriculture, manufacturing, or similar facilities
Additional Expectations:
- Assist electricians and foremen with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Support installation of lighting systems, environmental controls, and facility equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Learn and follow company standards, electrical codes, and compliance requirements
- Support coordination with other trades including HVAC, plumbing, and irrigation teams
- Be available to support overtime or weekend work as needed
