At Streib, we're committed to building a strong apprenticeship pipeline and investing in the next generation of electricians. This posting is open for candidates who are interested in future apprenticeship opportunities within our Northwest Arkansas Division (Springdale-based).

Work under the guidance of Journeymen and Foremen on a variety of electrical projects including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across residential, commercial, and specialty job sites.
Gain exposure to multiple phases of electrical construction by rotating through diverse project types.
Learn industry standards, safety protocols, and proper tool and equipment use.
Collaborate closely with team members while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and professionalism.
Work with Streib's Education Director to get enrolled in a state-approved electrical apprenticeship school local to NWA. (Classroom instruction is completed through an outside program; Streib assists with placement and coordination.)
Complete the Department of Labor apprenticeship requirements :
8,000 hours of on-the-job training (OJT)
576 hours of classroom instruction over approximately four years
High School Diploma or GED (required)
1–2 years of electrical field experience preferred (apprentice, helper, or trade assistant level)
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the electrical trade
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Ability to follow instructions and take initiative on the job
Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
