We are looking for a motivated Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments. You'll work from blueprints and specifications, ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety standards, and provide high-quality craftsmanship on every job. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service while working independently and as part of a team. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: Assemble and install plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems. Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures. Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems. Prepare written work cost estimates for clients. Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Accurately complete work orders and service documentation. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Adhere to safety policies and procedures. This position is safety-sensitive. Qualifications: • • Must possess a valid Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License, or have the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe. • OSHA 10 certification is preferred and required after hire if not currently held. • Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or residential plumbing is preferred. • Working knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and equipment. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment. • Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a strong work ethic. • Must be able to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. • Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
