Responsibilities:

Learn and follow proper safety protocols and procedures on the job. Safety is #1!

Assist a Certified Technician with day-to-day tasks and projects

Support the team in completing assignments accurately and efficiently

Develop trade-specific skills through hands-on, on-the-job training

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Take direction, ask questions, and apply feedback to improve performance

Requirements:

Eagerness to learn and grow within a trade or skilled profession

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

Basic physical ability to perform hands-on labor tasks

Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites preferred

Prior trade, vocational, or related experience is a plus but not required

Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
