GP Painting is growing and looking for an Apprentice - Painter/Carpenter to join our team.

We are a residential and commercial painting company, and we are adding an apprentice to help with painting and light carpentry repairs. No experience needed. We will train you.

You will work on job sites learning painting and basic carpentry skills. This is hands-on work where you stay busy, learn by doing, and build real trade skills from the ground up.

We are looking for someone reliable, willing to work, and ready to grow with a solid team.

What You Will Do You will work alongside experienced tradespeople learning carpentry and painting skills.

Assist with basic carpentry tasks and general construction work

Help with interior and exterior painting projects

Prep surfaces, materials, and job sites

Learn how to use hand and power tools safely (we train you)

Assist with repairs, trim work, and finishing details

Set up and break down job sites

Work as part of a team to complete quality projects

Climb ladders and work at heights when needed

What You Can Earn

Starting pay: $18 to $20+ per hour

Performance-based pay increases as you develop your skills ($22-$32)

Opportunity to move into skilled carpenter or painter roles
