Plumbing Apprentice / Service Technician (Residential) 📍 Arbutus, MD 💰 $27–$35/hour + Bonuses | 40 Hours Guaranteed
We are hiring a Plumbing Apprentice / Service Technician with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing residential service team.
This is a hands-on training role where you will work directly with a Journeyman Plumber while earning strong pay, bonuses, and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with residential plumbing service & repairs
Drain cleaning, water heaters, pumps, faucets, rough-ins
Learn to handle service calls from basic to complex
Maintain a clean, professional work vehicle
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)
2 Saturdays/month + 1 Sunday/month
❌ No on-call or night shifts
Requirements:
Maryland Apprentice License (Required)
Valid driver’s license (clean record)
Good communication & customer skills
Professional, reliable, and motivated
Pay & Benefits:
$27–$35/hour (based on experience)
Guaranteed 40 hours + overtime
10% bonus on sales over $30K/month
