What We Offer

Pay range of $20 - $30 per hour includes base pay + bonuses (listed below)

What You’ll Do

Perform on-site cosmetic, small surface repairs (chips, scratches, burns, etc.) utilizing our unique 5-step process in commercial and residential properties such as apartments, hotels, and senior living communities.

Work hands-on with your custom toolkit to fix surfaces and problem-solve repairs creatively and efficiently

Identify and recommend additional repair opportunities (add-ons)

Collaborate with the support team with questions

Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff

Manage your daily schedule and job updates through our system

Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with your hands - whether in construction, painting, manufacturing, or DIY projects

Strong color perception and matching ability (color accuracy is key in what we do)

Reliable, accountable and excited to learn new repair techniques

Committed to delivering high-quality results

Must have a valid driver's License (Required)
