The Role Our team is looking for an on-site mobile developer to build a client that will integrate seamlessly and tightly with a novel platform, Appward®. Our new PaaS system is built to empower users to build, utilize, and share powerful custom apps online all in real-time. The mobile client app will be a window into our Platform's workspace capabilities giving each of our customers, end users, the flexibility to stay in the know when they are on the go, away from the office. This position is a great opportunity to work with a small team of software developers to create powerful, quality solutions that will be used in scaling our PaaS with new features, new libraries and new system improvements. The software team will be designing, building, testing and releasing new product features continuously that will give our end users, our customers, new capabilities to do more things in new and easier ways. This role will require good UX judgement, critical and analytical thinking as well as excellent communication as you partner and collaborate within the software development team and other departments. Responsibilities * Lead the development of the iOS/Android mobile application, from concept to deployment, working closely with our product and design teams to ensure an exceptional and seamless user experience. * Tight and optimized integration of the mobile app with Appward's Platform Server. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and best practices, to ensure consistent and efficient development practices. * Tackle complex technical problems that will be challenging and rewarding at the same time. * Follow and champion best software development and documentation practices in a team setting, including revision control (git/github) and company's standardization practices. At times, you will be leading the way and teaching the rest of the group. So, having a love for story-telling and visual presentation is a plus. * Having a knack for benchmarking and optimization is a must. * We are looking for candidates that want to work in an environment where attention to detail, solving complex problems in a clean, concise, and extendable way are highly prized. Qualifications * 2-4 years of professional mobile development experience with ReactNative or Swift/Xcode, with a track record of developing and delivering successful mobile applications to the App Store, Google Play, or the Galaxy Store. * Experience in UX/UI design principles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing, bug free, and user-friendly apps that provide exceptional user experiences. * Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effecti
