This internship is designed to give a current student exposure to the HRIS and Benefits functions within a global company. You will be trained on two different HR systems and be a critical part of the team working on a large project. This is how your journey with Aptar begins:Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Benefits & HRIS, the focus of this role will be to assist the HR department with testing of a system interface and analysis of data to ensure data integrity. Areas of work can include (but not limited to):Be trained on the SuccessFactors Employee Central system and Ceridian Dayforce systemProcess test case scenarios to validate the functionality of an interface between Employee Central and DayforceCreate process and mapping documentationRun reports and analyze differences in data between the two systemsIf necessary, request the source documents to validate the correct data is captured in the two systemsSupport activities related to the regional data audit processContribute to the creation of training materialsAs time permits, other Human Resources project work including annual employee benefit statement preparation and deliveryWhat you will bring on the journey/required qualifications:Education and Experience:Working on a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics/social science, or human resources.Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.Excel knowledge.Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.Demonstrate initiative and follow through with respect to tasks and assignments.Applicants must be able to commute to the Crystal Lake office 3 days per week.
