Junior Program Analyst - Healthcare Environment and Facilities Programs
Aptive is seeking a Junior Program Analyst supporting the Healthcare Environment and Facilities Programs in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
This position is ideally suited for an early career consultant interested in gaining exposure to healthcare programs and projects in the Federal Government.
The Junior Program Analyst will be involved in program planning, audits, and evaluations, impacting a variety of tasks areas. At a high level, these task areas include program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, Congressional Affairs, metrics, and risk management. The Junior Program Analyst will develop presentations, perform research and analysis, responding to client requests, providing client meeting support and more. Excellent communication and time management skills, proficiency with MS Office suite, and the flexibility to work both independently and within a team environment will be critical to success. They will use critical and analytical thinking to help achieve goals, drive growth and measure success. Prior experience in areas such as data analytics, project management, process engineering, business analysis, or change management are strongly encouraged to apply.

VHA Healthcare Environment and Facilities Programs is accountable for engineering management programs in the “Environment of Care” which has a ubiquitous presence throughout VHA, enabling and supporting virtually every aspect of patient care provided to Veterans. HEFP follows instructions and guidance issued by Congress, manifold Federal Agencies, numerous Accrediting Organizations, Organizations that develop and publish applicable codes and standards, and other agency instructions and guidance containing specific performance metrics.
