Join Aptive as a Junior Program Analyst supporting the delivery of health system transformation and innovation, implementation and operations support, and healthcare business enabling services to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This position is ideally suited for an early career consultant interested in gaining exposure to healthcare programs and projects in the Federal Government. In this role, your work will involve program planning, audits and evaluations, impacting a variety of task areas. At a high level, these task areas include program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, Congressional Affairs, metrics, Financial Management systems and risk management.
Your day-to-day work will include developing presentations, performing research and analysis, responding to client requests, providing client meeting support and more. Excellent communication and time management skills, proficiency with MS Office suite, and the flexibility to work both independently and within a team environment will be critical to your success in this role. You'll use critical and analytical thinking to help achieve goals, drive growth and measure success. Prior experience in management consulting, including areas such as data analytics, project management, process engineering, business analysis, or change management are strongly encouraged to apply.
This full-time work is located in Washington, DC. There are multiple positions available. These positions are primarily telework until COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are lifted.
