  • Responsibilities

    The Graphic Designer is a highly creative visual thinker with a unique background in art and design, whose skills and talents will help diversify the team. The successful candidate should have a portfolio that demonstrates a versatile range of skills, and a good knowledge of layout, typography, image enhancement, as well as an intimate understanding of Adobe Creative Suite. The candidate not only must possess the ability to translate a creative brief into a concept and final deliverable, but to work and communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary collaborative team environment.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 6 years of graphic design experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Develop products that support an integrated communications campaign that communicates the new branding effort and garners buy-in from employees and stakeholders
    • Develop graphics and marketing materials that adhere to standardized branding
    • Generate promotional materials in print and digital formats, including fact sheets, templates, outreach materials, videos and more in alignment with corporate graphic standards
    • Communicate with stakeholders to review designs and gather feedback

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven experience in managing graphic design projects and meeting deadlines
    • Strong time management, creativity and problem-solving skills
    • Adeptness with leading design software packages, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
    • Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
    • Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail
    • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
