We are Aptive Environmental! We are hiring COLLEGE INTERNS FOR THE 2021 SUMMER for a DIRECT SALES POSITION - RELOCATION REQUIRED! WHAT DOES A SUMMER WITH APTIVE LOOK LIKE?

• 100+ hours of sales training videos and resources from top performers in the industry
• Daily Team Meetings to cover goals and benchmarks
• Daily 1-on-1 trainings to improve individual sales strategies

• Only work four months out of the year
• Our team is primarily a ton of 18-25 years of age- we’re full of energy, ambition, and don't make excuses
• We have an amazing work-hard-play-hard culture
• FIRST-YEAR REPS make an average of $15,000+ in earnings
• Rookie record currently stands around $150,000 in earnings, but it's been broken every year!
• SECOND-YEAR RETURNING REPS make an average of $50,000 in earnings

EXPECTATIONS:

• The working months will be May 1st -August 31st. Furnished housing is provided, and relocation is necessary
• We are looking for people who get along well with others, are capable of working hard, and have a history of finishing what they start
