• YOU HAVE DEMONSTRATED A HISTORY OF STICKING WITH YOUR EMPLOYERS LONG-TERM, 2 YEARS+ AT EACH EMPLOYER. (EXCEPTIONS MADE FOR COVID-RELATED LAYOFFS, OF COURSE)
• YOU HAVE ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT HIRE FRESH GRADUATES AT THIS TIME, WITH THE EXCEPTION BEING FRESH GRADS WITH MORE THAN A YEAR OF INTERNSHIPS CONCURRING WITH YOUR EDUCATION.
