 WATER TREATMENT SERVICE MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager interested in a career in the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support for water analyses, repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations for water treatment equipment. Your goal is to manage a team of service representatives, manage projects and oversee company client accounts while providing excellent customer service. You will be involved in custom water treatment design with our team.

Aqua Clear requires detailed communication with customers on products and services, as well as documenting all installations, inspections, maintenance, recommendations, repair work, etc. Knowledge of water treatment processes and HVAC mechanical processes are strongly desired for this career opportunity.

Aqua Clear will provide training for this position. You will either possess or learn the following skills:

• Experience managing a team of 5 or more team members.
• Proven ability to multitask, effectively work on, manage, and delegate tasks to several different projects simultaneously.
• Water treatment or mechanical experience with boilers, cooling towers, and closed loops.
• Water treatment or mechanical experience with reverse osmosis, ultra-filtration, multi-media filtration, or water softeners. Repairing water conditioners, softeners & purifiers.
• Related experience in installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Electrical experience.
• Scada, PLC programming and monitoring.
• Plumbing experience (copper sweating, PVC etc.).
• Knowledge of general chemistry, water chemistry and engineering principles.
•  Industrial water treatment or water chemistry experience.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
• Excellent track record of proven customer service relationships and sales experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering or related technical certifications required
• This position will have a typical work schedule of Monday-Friday, with overtime and after-hours on-call responsibilities, which may occasionally include some weekends and/or holidays.
