To support our ever-growing dental practice we are looking for a strong front desk person with a great personality to help us optimize checking in / out patients in a timely manner. Position Summary We are seeking a front desk to become a part of our team! You will help our dental office serve our patients more efficiently and compassionately. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and highly organized. Duties And Responsibilities • Greeting patients • Scheduling and confirming appointments • Checking in and out patients • Answering phone calls • Insurance verification, handling claims, collecting payments • Maintain a full schedule of patients daily • Calculate fees for dental treatment • Maintain a clean and organized office to ensure patient safety • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications And Requirements Open Dental Experience a big plus • 2 to 5 years of experience in the dental industry required • Excellent customer service and sales experience • Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work independently and manage time well • Displays leadership skills, honesty, and integrity Excellent written and verbal communications skills For our beloved employees, we offer a generous total compensation package that includes above the market salary, monthly goal bonus, group medical insurance plan, an internal dental plan that includes; cosmetic work, employee assistance program l and paid time off.
