Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18 - $25 per hour Work Location: In person Responsibilities: • Complete detailed daily reports of work • Pond Cleaning and maintenance • Using tanks and pumps to remove and store water • Net out fish with the utmost care. remove debris and pressure wash rocks and gravel • Check the entire system and then refill it with existing water and new • Reacclimatize fish • Pond Maintenance- maintain the pond for customers using proper methods and materials • Pond building - install new or renovate ponds, streams, and waterfalls • Plant plants around water features • Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications: • Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • Great physical health and stamina • Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site • Previous experience in pond work is preferred • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs repeatedly • Must be familiar with hand tools and power equipment Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
