Aqua Marketing Group, headquartered in downtown Jacksonville, specializes in face-to-face marketing and community outreach on behalf of our clients. We work solely with highly-respected and well-known non-profit organizations, helping them to reach thousands of people through in-person fundraising events.

We are currently expanding and looking for new people to join our team of professional brand ambassadors. In this role you’ll be representing non-profits, helping to make a difference in the world. Our team is responsible for having daily public interactions to secure donors for these charitable organizations. It requires being comfortable interacting with the public and being a professional representative for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, team-oriented, has the ability to talk with a wide variety of people, and is eager to learn and succeed. No prior sales experience is necessary – we will train all new hires with all the tools they need to be successful.

Aqua offers competitive pay, based on a combination of a daily rate plus commissions and frequent bonus opportunities (pay varies, but our sales teams typically earn between $500 and $1400 per week, depending on sales volume).
