Overview

We are looking for energetic, outgoing people who are interested in bettering the lives of young children through the AquaKids swim lesson program. Your primary objective is to provide excellent customer service to our families that will contact you through a variety of different medias. The ability to multi-task and handle multiple platforms at the same time is a critical skill to possess. People with good communications skills who are enthusiastic, driven, and dedicated to children should apply. Prior experience in aquatics or knowledge or proper swim techniques is recommended but not required to succeed in this position.

Job Description

AquaKids Customer Service Representative responsibilities include enrolling students for classes or parties, taking payments, answering questions about the program, scheduling make-up or trial lessons, and calling on prospective leads to encourage enrollment while ensuring the best experience for students, parents, and staff.

AquaKids has locations in Flower Mound, Keller, and McKinney. This position will office out of our Flower Mound location. However, you will be communicating with families from all of our locations. Our Customer Service Representative team handles all communication for families at all of our locations, centrally at our Flower Mound location.

Requirements:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred

Excellent computer and communication skills

Must be able to work evenings and 8:30am-3pm on Saturday

Must pass background screen

Qualifications:

Love children and communicating with parents

Must be outgoing

Takes initiative

Has excellent verbal and written skills

Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
