Job Posting: Swim Instructor at Aquatic Adventures Swim School

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all students and staff.
• Love and respect students while teaching them to swim.
• Be a dependable team player.
• Complete required training and embrace continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Ability to swim is a must.
• Caring and compassionate towards people of all ages and abilities.
• Ability to work in the water for up to 5 hours.
• Strong communication skills.
• Great attitude and willingness to be coached.
• Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work afternoons and some weekends.
• Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification (training provided for a fee).
• Red Cross Lifeguard certification is desired.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• One year of previous experience working with children is preferred.

Pay:

• New employees must complete paid training and a 90-day probationary period.
• Instructor pay: $14.00 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and availability.
• Annual wage increases.
• Opportunities for additional wage increases, bonuses, awards, and prizes based on performance.
