Responsibilities: • Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to group lessons to meet participants' needs effectively. • Provide swimming lessons to individuals of various ages and skill levels, emphasizing water safety and proper swimming techniques. • Regularly assess participants' progress and offer constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. • Ensure a safe and hygienic aquatic environment through routine pool inspections and adherence to safety protocols. • Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to organize class schedules and special events, fostering a positive team dynamic. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a swim instructor or lifeguard. • A current lifeguard or swim certification is required for this position. • Excellent communication skills are necessary for teaching and interacting effectively with students. • Must demonstrate the ability to create engaging and impactful lesson plans. • Competency in holding a U.S. work Authorization is a must.
