    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Gymnastics Program Director plays a vital leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our recreational gymnastics program. This includes coaching, mentoring staff, supporting families, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring exceptional program delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, driven by results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Support and uphold the mission, values, and culture of Barron Swim School.

    Assist in leading, coaching, and developing the instructional team.

    Ensure high-quality swim instruction and consistency in lesson delivery.

    Oversee staff onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.

    Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team on daily operations and strategic planning.

    Supervise swim shifts to ensure safety, readiness, and a positive team environment.

    Monitor student progress and support instructors in delivering effective lessons.

    Communicate professionally with families, staff, and leadership.

    Help manage staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage for all shifts and programs.

    Maintain required certifications and promote safety standards throughout the facility.

    Support facility organization, cleanliness, and readiness for day-to-day programming.

    Participate in and help coordinate swim meets, special events, and seasonal programs.
