At Goldfish Swim School we are not only passionate about building confident lifelong swimmers, we are also passionate about building careers of our team members. We're looking for leaders who love working as part of a dynamic team!

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, training, guidance and feedback to instructors and lifeguards

Ensure student progress and satisfaction

Teach swim lessons at least 1 shift per week

Complete administrative duties such as attendance, progress tracking.

Job Qualifications and Skills

Aquatics, coaching or leadership experience required

Ability to work with children

Excellent communication and organizational skills
