The Position: The School Operations Manager position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations at their school assignment(s) and ensuring that the entire British Swim School program is delivered with our required high-quality standards, and in a safe and timely manner.

Your Typical Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily operations.

Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.

Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur

Coordinating Schedules

Be familiar with all aspects of the business

Weekly reporting

Proficient at swimming and teaching

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs and/or Google Suite.

Great at customer service

Resourceful

Can manage complex scheduling

Great with HubSpot, Slack and class room scheduling tools

Solution-Oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.

Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training.

Great swimmer
