Requirements
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
· Will train in QuickBooks and accounting
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment
· Able to work under pressures and multi-tasking
· Proactive and detail orientation is a must
· Must be bilingual English and Armenian
Duties included but not limited to:
· Receptionist duties including phone answering,
· Welcome visitors by greeting them
· Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communication actions
· Data entry
· Bank Reconciliation
· Scanning of documents and electronic filing
