    • · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    • · Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision

    • · Will train in QuickBooks and accounting

    • · Highly organized and detail oriented

    • · Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment

    • · Able to work under pressures and multi-tasking

    • · Proactive and detail orientation is a must

    • · Must be bilingual English and Armenian

    • Duties included but not limited to:

    • · Receptionist duties including phone answering,

    • · Welcome visitors by greeting them

    • · Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communication actions

    • · Data entry

    • · Bank Reconciliation

    • · Scanning of documents and electronic filing
