    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Location

    You will be based in Boston, MA.

    Team and Reporting Line

    You will be a part of Arabesque's Legal and Compliance team, and you will report directly to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

    Summary of Role

    You will be in charge of Compliance for all Arabesque's U.S. operations. You will bring expertise to maintaining the firm's compliance with all applicable U.S. regulations.

    Who This Role Will Suit

    Someone with strong relevant experience, who has either performed a similar function before, or who feels ready to make the move to a position of this type. We welcome ambitious people who want to embrace responsibility.

    Your Experience

    You will have a background in Compliance in the U.S. asset management sector, and be comfortable managing the Compliance requirements for ‘40 Act funds, private placements, segregated managed accounts, and similar investments.

    Day-to-Day Work

    You will:

    • Work closely with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to maintain, enhance, and oversee Arabesque's Compliance operations in the U.S. 

    • Enhance and maintain all appropriate Compliance frameworks for the group's activities in the U.S. 

    • Enhance and maintain all appropriate Compliance processes, policies, and procedures for the group's activities in the U.S. 

    • Ensure that all client and public communications are in line with all relevant regulations 

    • Together with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer manage all interaction and communications with the SEC and other relevant U.S. regulatory bodies 

    • Manage all U.S. regulatory reporting

    • Contribute your expertise to new product development 

    • Meet with clients and their Compliance teams in the U.S. to present to them Arabesque's Compliance infrastructure 

    • Identify areas for improvement and implement those improvements
