Certified Payroll Processor
Aramexx Construction is looking for an energetic person who will have the ability to work effectively and maintain the highest level of confidentiality & honesty. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Candidate must be able to meet the following requirements:
- Process weekly in-house payroll
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Be extremely detail oriented; this position is largely comprised of data entry
- Possess good organizational/document control
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
- Work well within a team and fast paced environment
- Maintain employee confidentiality and records
- Complete requests for garnishments and court orders
- Process certified payroll on Public Works Projects
- Accounting experience is a plus
- Quickbook experience is a plus
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
Rate of pay (based on experience and qualifications): $15-18/hr.
