  • Responsibilities

     

    The successful candidate will be part of PAR’s systems engineering and management team on a leading-edge technology development program.  The candidate will assist in developing program documentation, creating/maintain program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and supporting integrated product teams.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Support program senior engineering and technical personnel in the development of program documentation, establish program risks, and develop performance baselines
    • Support the management and tracking of project milestones, as well as program dependencies
    • Monitor and maintain programmatic metrics
    • Perform analysis to provide program personnel with situational awareness of program progress and execution against milestones
    • Support the development of program documentation
    • Develop and present periodic and ad hoc analysis and reports for program leadership

    Required Skills

     

    • Expertise in program management skills such as earned value management, work breakdown structures, cost estimation, schedule development, and risk assessment
    • Familiarity with standard systems, documents, and procedures associated with NSA program planning and execution
    • Highly expert in customizing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for costing templates, project projection tracking, and preparing pricing summary sheet including work-breakdown, project mapping, and providing historical cost data

    Required Experience

     

    • A minimum of 15 years experience in program and contracts management.
    • BS/BA in related discipline.  PMI certification or related Masters degree can satisfy formal related discipline requirement.
    • Ability to transfer, obtain, or maintain a TS/SCI with Life Style Poly
