We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Analyst Relations and Product Marketing professional to join our team. You will be an evangelist for communicating the next chapter of the Aravo story to analysts and other industry thought leaders. In addition to driving Aravo’s analyst relations programs, you will help us to shape and define new product categories, and play a key role in championing advocacy across our current and prospective customers.Why you’d be a great fit You have a successful track record of working with analysts at firms like Gartner, Forrester, Chartis Research, GRC20/20 and others. You thrive on these engagements and have built highly credible and personable relationships with key analysts – they know you by name and call on you for insights! You are a thought leader in GRC (including third-party risk, business continuity and operational resilience) having worked in product marketing and/or product management for a GRC software or SaaS firm. You are excited at the opportunity to leverage your own expertise, as well as what you learn from the analysts, to provide ongoing input for improvements into our propositions and packaging for existing products as well as valuable inputs into new product introduction. You are passionate about keeping up with market trends and proactively seek to connect these to product development opportunities. You love working with customers – and they love working with you. You understand the interconnectedness of customer advocacy and analyst relations. You’ll bring your domain expertise and product evangelism into the process to engage, educate, and inspire our third-party risk, IT vendor risk, compliance and procurement community about how to enhance and mature their programs with Aravo. What You’ll Be DoingResponsibilities will include a mix of Analyst Relations – champion Aravo’s analyst relations efforts and manage our engagement across a wide range of analysts that cover the GRC, third-party risk management, IT vendor risk management, supplier risk and performance management, BCM and operational risk and resilience categories. You will track key analysts and their reports, arrange inquiries, and manage strategy, preparation and content for briefings and strategy days. Customer evangelist – develop a deep understanding of our current and prospective clients, the challenges they face, how they buy, and why they buy, to drive customer advocacy strategy and tactics. Product evangelist – become an expert in the Aravo intelligent automation platform and applications. Understand configuration capabilities and relevant use cases to communicate the Aravo value proposition to analysts, customers, and other industry leaders. Go-to-market strategy & execution – contribute to GTM execution, including market segmentation, the development of compelling value propositions, positioning and pricing, product launch plans, and campaign support materials to drive lead generation and brand differentiation. Market intelligence – maintain competitive intelligence and ensure we continue to be strongly positioned in the market. Monitor industry trends, enforcements, and hot topics. Internal communications – provide relevant updates on analyst activity and feedback, market trends, and customer advocacy to management, sales and marketing, product, and customer success. Share insights to help ensure that Aravo colleagues continue to stay informed of dynamic market requirements. Thought leadership - help create thought leadership content and represent the company at in-person events. Requirements 5+ years in product marketing/analyst relations roles with 2+ years in third-party risk management, vendor risk management, business continuity, operational resilience, or related GRC SaaS software, preferably at a fast-paced, dynamic growth company. Experience managing successful analyst relations programs with firms like Gartner, Forrester, GRC20/20 and others. You may have spent time working as an analyst too. Experience creating messaging and positioning for new products through the market introduction and evolution cycle. Exceptional writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex market and technology information into compelling and insightful benefits-based messaging for various audiences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to think strategically and follow through with strong hands-on execution. Strong, persuasive speaking and presentation skills with an ability to influence at all levels. Able to quickly build credibility and confidence cross-functionally with senior management and with senior client and industry professionals. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams Skills Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’, positive attitude and a flexible, solutions-based approach to work.
