    As a host(ess), you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a positive and memorable first impression for our guests. Your warm and friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and warm demeanor. • Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently, utilizing the reservation software Open Table. • Seat guests in accordance with their preferences and maintain a well-organized seating chart. • Provide guests with menus and assist with any initial inquiries. • Communicate effectively with the dining room staff to ensure smooth table turnover. • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism. • Maintain a tidy and inviting hostess stand area. • Collaborate with management to ensure the overall satisfaction of our guests. Qualifications: • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Previous experience in a hostess or guest service role is preferred but not required. • A friendly and approachable demeanor. • Must have Arizona Title 4 Alcohol + ANAB-accredited food handler certification. Compensation: $15 - $30 per hour (incl. tips)
