Behavior Technician
The Growing Tree Autism Treatment Center seeks highly motivated individuals who exhibit our core values of Competency, Collaboration, and Compassion to join our Growing Tree team!
You will be working with children of all ages on the Autism Spectrum under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to reduce behaviors and increase skills in communication, social skills, play, school readiness, and self-help.
Responsibilities:
Implement individual treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Accurately and promptly input data into behavioral tracking systems.
Teach skills through naturalistic play and interactions.

Qualifications:
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Valid Michigan Driver's License
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
