ESCROW ASSISTANT
Immediate openings for an experienced Escrow Assistant for a high volume Escrow Company in Riverside. The Escrow Assistant will provide strong support to the Escrow Officer by assisting with processing escrow files. Candidates must have previous experience working in the escrow industry as an Escrow Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Open escrow orders
• Reviews title commitment and brings any exceptions to the attention of the Escrow Officer
• Orders demands in a timely manner and follows up as necessary
• Packages new Escrows
• General processing (i.e. SI's and docs to title)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Must have full knowledge of Escrow process
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and have a strong follow through
• Works well in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of RBJ software, a plus
• Min. 2 years escrow experience as an assistant
SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE!
Full Time 8:30-5:30 Monday - Friday
