    Job Description As a Client Support Specialist, you will help our customers understand the system, their data, and other technical issues. Your primary responsibility is to monitor the help desk for incoming requests and following up so that every request is addressed promptly and professionally. You will support and contribute to the internal processes related to reporting quality data to CMS for the Quality Payment Program. You will also support the Program Management team’s work in working with key clients, and will assist in internal process improvement projects.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide client support for technical inquiries regarding ArborMetrix software and services via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required
    • Research, troubleshoot and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
    • Ensure proper tracking and closure of all support inquiries
    • Work alongside ArborMetrix Program Managers in support of key accounts
    • Contribute to internal process improvement projects
    • This role will be responsible for preparing data submission objects to an external API and returning results.
    • In addition to monitoring inbound inquiries, you will monitor an API for data scoring feedback and pass this information back into reports for end users

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated success in a detail-oriented, technical role
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Possess strong communication skills and have the ability to explain things in a clear and thoughtful manner
    • Curiosity for learning new technologies and excited about explaining these technical concepts to a varied audience
    • While we will provide training on the data preparation and submission process, candidates should be familiar with basic ETL principles and data visualization.
    • Experience working with APIs, Python, and json file structure is a big plus
    • Time commitment 20+/hours per week
