SOMETHING TO HANG YOUR HAT ON

Our Area Supervisors have a critical role — in charge of leading the management teams in our restaurants and developing top talent through coaching and teaching. You will be tasked with ensuring restaurants execute Team Member training, new product promotions, as well as oversee the maintenance of our facilities. As an Area Supervisor, you will focus on daily sales, marketing plans and restaurant operations including cost of goods sold, labor and guest relations. This role lays the foundation for high performing restaurants and happy, motivated team members and managers.

·         You know the business. You have at least one year of experience at the above restaurant level and four years of restaurant management experience. Even better -  you have two years of experience as an Area Supervisor within QSR and six years of restaurant management experience.
