Key Responsibilities:
- Assist production staff in printing high-quality documents.
- Assist production staff in cutting, binding, packaging, and shipping documents.
- Communicate with the CSR team to resolve issues impacting project completion.
- Meet tight deadlines by providing a thorough, accurate, and organized approach to responsibilities and responding quickly and effectively to changing priorities.
- Work closely with team members to see projects through to completion
- Troubleshoot problem documents and understand technology difficulties to ensure issue-free deliverables.
- Consistently present a positive, professional image with internal and external clients and vendors.
- Encourage feedback for improving the production process.
