Responsibilities: Work side-by-side with our clients to solve tough problems and deliver outstanding client service Quickly learn business and consulting skills to identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to their team and clients Produce high quality work products on time Be a part of our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own Make company contributions outside of the project by participating in new business, recruiting, and/or strategic initiatives Have the opportunity for mentoring and frequent interaction with company executives Required Qualifications Passion for solving problems in a collaborative team environment, balancing project work with company strategic initiatives and new business Two to four years of experience related to a consulting environment or the Government (i.e., performing analysis, making recommendations, solving problems) Minimum of Interim Secret clearance required Interest in process design, technology, and/or human capital Strong leadership potential and outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills Has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to learn business skills Strong interest in emergency management and homeland security balanced with a passion for business and growing a company Excellent work ethic in a dynamic and challenging environment, proven to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Self-motivated, ready to learn, and able to take on more responsibility quickly Technology savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and interest in working in a fast-growth consulting firm, not just working on one project Education: Bachelors degree, minimum Clearance: US citizenship only (no dual citizenship) and Secret or Interim Secret clearance Our recruiting process is very competitive.
