As an Arcade Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable visit. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple tasks, including explaining our various attractions and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and provide detailed explanations of the center’s attractions, including arcade games, laser tag, and mini golf.

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on attractions to ensure they are functioning properly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization around all attractions to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.

Keep the redemption wall stocked with prizes and manage prize redemptions efficiently.

Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the facility.

Our goal is to ensure every guest leaves with a smile, having enjoyed their time at WOW Zone to the fullest.
